This is not a Shanghai Rummy game - ShanghaiSC is a scorecard app for tracking your Shanghai Rummy (Contract Rummy) matches.
Track scores round by round through all the contracts. ShanghaiSC always knows who deals next, what the current contract is, and who's winning.
